Your Job

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will join our sales team to drive adoption of our SaaS solution. Responsibilities include prospecting via cold calling and handling inbound leads.

Your Responsibilities
  • Meet inbound and outbound sales qualified opportunity quotas each quarter.
  • Report weekly on metrics like SQLs, SQOs, and meetings to the CRO.
  • Set demo appointments through cold outreach using tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Preqin, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Build lists of decision-maker leads and perform outbound prospecting via email, calls, and social media.
  • Organize and develop prospects into demos.
  • Invite prospects to virtual and in-person events, schedule appointments, and facilitate introductions to account executives.
  • Manage leads and pipeline in Salesforce and Scratchpad, investigate details, and build outbound sequences.
  • Build rapport with prospects using effective communication techniques.
  • Track potential opportunities, document interactions, and follow up effectively.
Who You Are
  • Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in SaaS.
  • Understanding of B2B software products and ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, G Suite.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
