Pacific Office Automation Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Sales Development Representative in Medford, OR. This onsite, full-time role offers training and a clear growth path into leadership positions within a growing office technology dealer network.

The position targets candidates with 0–3 years in sales or customer service, a high-energy, competitive mindset, and strong communication skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Start each day with a plan: prep, train, and collaborate with your team in the office.
• Build your pipeline: make outbound calls and emails to set in-person meetings.
• Solve business challenges: learn and present POA’s technology solutions to clients.
• Own the follow-up: deliver excellent service and nurture client relationships.
• Grow revenue: meet decision-makers face-to-face and secure new business.
