Pacific Office Automation (POA) is hiring an energetic Sales Development Representative (Entry Level) in Medford, OR. This full-time onsite role includes hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path to leadership.

You will build pipelines through outbound calls and emails, learn POA’s office technology solutions, and help secure new business while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).
• High energy, strong communication, and competitive mindset.
• Entrepreneurial drive and desire to control your income.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A background in athletics or campus leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build your pipeline: make outbound calls and emails to set in-person meetings.
