Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Proven leadership through internships or campus roles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Coachable and enthusiastic about sales and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Put people to work and source candidates.
- Consult with internal teams on client hiring needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
- Source, contact, and screen passive and active candidates.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and debrief after.
- Deliver job offers and negotiate terms.
- Develop new business through cold calling and meetings.
- Manage client relationships via calls and meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
