Job summary

Levitate is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join the frontline of our outreach efforts. This role focuses on outbound prospecting for small businesses across the United States, with a goal to spark interest in Levitate’s solutions and move prospects toward demos.

You will receive hands-on training and mentorship, with a clear path to growth into a closing role within 6-9 months as you demonstrate persistence, curiosity, and value-building skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume outreach and outbound prospecting preferred.
• Strong desire to succeed and build a career in sales.
• Ability to self-motivate and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with being coached and receptive to feedback.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting of small businesses across the U.S. (130 cold calls per day).
• Book demos for Senior Account Executives and ramp up to multiple demos per day.
• 1:1 coaching with manager to improve through call reviews and role-play.
• Reach out to confirm attendance at scheduled demos with prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities, opportunities, and accounts.
