Bitsight is hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) for North America in Boston, MA. This role focuses on building pipeline by educating and qualifying target accounts and inbound leads, with full training and coaching provided.

You will engage through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more, while adopting AI-assisted workflows to identify decision-makers. Success is measured by meeting qualified opportunity quotas in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; entry-level role with full training.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts and inbound leads into sales-ready opportunities.
• Identify and qualify opportunities through outbound prospecting and timely inbound lead follow-up.
• Engage prospects across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to build relationships and uncover needs.
• Learn and apply AI-powered tools and workflows to identify buying-committee members and personalize outreach at scale.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to the appropriate AE with clear context and briefing.
• Log activity accurately in our tools and work toward meeting quotas.
