About ABA Schedules
ABA Schedules is the #1 ABA scheduling optimization platform. Scheduling an ABA practice is a rule-matching problem: authorizations, supervision, RBT certifications, client pairings, drive time, and availability, all at once, every week. Most practices solve it with one scheduler holding the whole operation in their head and a spreadsheet nobody else can read. We built the engine that does it instead, so authorized hours get rendered, therapists keep their clients, and schedulers get their week back.
We serve ABA practices of every size, from single-site startups to multi-state organizations, and the owners, BCBAs, schedulers, BCBAs and RBTs inside them.
Why you’ll love this job
You’ll be the one introducing ABA clinics and practices to the solution to their scheduling challenges. You get to show them how ABA Schedules can improve the lives of their entire team and the families and clients they support. Our product and its features allow everyone in an entire ABA organization to get the hours they need and the peace of mind they crave.
Whether you're starting out or you've been in Sales for some time, you must be curious, a self-starter, and be a high-agency person who is proactive and warm.
What you’ll do

- Follow up with clinic owners to make sure that (despite their busy schedules) they know just how powerful our solutions are
- Learn the product and how clinics across the U.S. have used ABA Schedules to drive meaningful revenue outcomes and improved employee satisfaction
- Work closely with Marketing, Client Success, and the broader team to show off our tools and speak to how our solution is different from others
- With time, you may also lead demos, close deals and own the full sales cycle (this is a great opportunity for an SDR who wants to move into a Sales Rep position)
