Job summary

Townsquare Interactive in Charlotte, NC, is hiring a Sales Development Representative for our Uptown office. You will be trained to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients, building a foundation in prospecting and sales strategy.

Through hands-on coaching, you’ll refine client discovery, solution positioning, and guide prospects through the full sales lifecycle—from first contact to closing new business. This is a growth-focused role with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• A BA/BS degree is preferred but not required.
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Self-starter mindset with a drive to learn and grow.
• Confidence and resilience in outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication skills and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Learn the sales process through hands-on training and live coaching.
• Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce them to our digital marketing platform.
• Discover client needs and tailor solutions that drive real results.
• Conduct virtual demos and close new business.
• Focus on new client acquisition (no account management).
