Job summary

Townsquare Interactive is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in our Uptown Charlotte office to own the full sales cycle from first touch to close. If you’re driven, competitive, and ready for income and career growth without ceiling, this is the place to prove it.

You’ll source leads, conduct discovery calls, present solutions, and manage your pipeline with autonomy while aiming to exceed monthly goals. BA/BS is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a high-output environment.
• A hunter mentality—you’re excited to prospect and close.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Resilience and motivation to exceed goals.
• A desire to advance into leadership or senior sales roles.
• A BA/BS degree is preferred but not required.
