In this onsite, full-time role, you will hire, train, coach SDRs, develop outbound strategies, manage KPIs, and collaborate with marketing to scale pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.

A strong track record in B2B SaaS or healthcare tech is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales development, inside sales, or business development.
• 2+ years of experience managing SDRs or BDRs.
• Proven record of meeting pipeline and meeting-generation goals.
• Strong skills in cold calling, email prospecting, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the SDR team and establish structure, goals, and onboarding.
• Develop outbound sales strategies targeting healthcare organizations.
• Drive KPIs: outbound activity, new contacts, meetings, and pipeline.
• Implement SDR workflows, playbooks, and ensure CRM data quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to scale the outbound program.
