We're looking for a Sales Development Manager to develop and lead our Sales Development team in the GitHub AMER region. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering the best experience to our customers and developing a team of entry-level sales professionals.
This is a Hybrid position, requiring attendance at the Bellevue office on Wednesdays and Thursdays for collaboration.

The base salary range is USD $62,100 - $164,820 per year, with additional opportunities for sales incentives. The on-target earnings (OTE) are based on a 60/40 base salary to sales incentive ratio. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and role impact. Benefits include potential bonuses and stock options.
