What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow business through consistent communication and planning with retail sellers
- Coach and train retail sellers on products, programs, and services to influence grower decisions
- Execute strategic plans in partnership with retailer sellers and monitor progress
- Communicate the total acre value proposition to retail sellers effectively
- Travel up to 50% for direct farm-gate calls, including evenings and weekends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business-related field plus 3 years of industry or direct sales experience, or 7 years of successful work experience in industry or direct sales
- Proactive communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage productivity independently
- Solid experience using Microsoft products and CRM software (Salesforce)
- Valid state driver’s license
