Job summary

Right Traffic is seeking a Sales Development Supervisor in Chambersburg, PA to lead a team of Account Managers, engage clients, and shape sales strategy. This field-based role requires extensive travel across the United States and Canada with direct client interaction and data-driven decision making.

You will mentor Account Managers in prospecting, relationship management, pipeline development, and deal negotiation while collaborating with marketing on targeted campaigns and market insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience with proven results.
• ≥2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong coaching and team development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across US & Canada.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and coach Account Managers to meet growth objectives.
• Develop training plans and ramp-up for new team members.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales goals through mentorship.
• Analyze performance, set KPIs, and adjust strategy as needed.
• Support prospecting, pipeline development, and deal negotiation.
