Job summary

Right Traffic is seeking a Sales Development Supervisor to lead and develop a team of Account Managers, while engaging clients and driving business development across the US and Canada. This field-based role requires extensive travel and hands-on mentorship to meet and exceed sales goals.

You will mentor Account Managers in prospecting, relationship management, pipeline development, and deal negotiation, helping shape the future of sales strategy at Right Traffic.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales, business development, or field operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
• Comfortable traveling extensively across Canada and the U.S.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and coach Account Managers to align with company vision and growth objectives.
• Support sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns.
