Staples is seeking a smart, passionate intern to join our Sales Development team in Lake Mary, Florida (onsite) for an 11-week program from June 7, 2027 to August 20, 2027. This internship offers hands-on exposure to Sales Operations, CRM platforms, and AI-powered sales technologies.

You will work with cross-functional teams, conduct account research, assist with lead generation, and participate in training sessions to build foundational sales and business development skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sales or Business Administration.
• Rising junior, full-time student with at least 12 credits.
• Strong Microsoft Office and pivot-table Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Development in identifying and engaging customers.
• Conduct account research to uncover opportunities and contacts.
• Assist with lead generation and pipeline development in Salesforce and related tools.
• Participate in call shadowing, coaching, and sales training.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Sales on strategic projects.
• Support AI-powered tools with testing, feedback, and training material creation.
• Present findings and progress updates to stakeholders.
