Dexian seeks energetic, entry-level sales-driven candidates to begin the Sales Development Journey. You will train with senior sales teams and mentors to progress toward Associate Account Manager roles across the country with a structured career path.

You will engage in an extensive training program, meet clients and candidates, and develop relationships while earning a base salary plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales experience through internships, civic or community organizations, or other work experience.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to build relationships, network, and close new opportunities.
• Demonstrates a competitive, high-achieving work ethic.
• Enjoys fast-paced, collaborative culture while meeting new people.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and candidates face to face to determine needs.
• Shadow sales team activities and learn sales strategies.
• Expand client base through networking and cold calling in an assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with the sales team and entertain customers in meetings.
• Evaluate candidates against client requirements to qualify candidates for orders.
• Negotiate wage rates and terms with candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with placed consultants to expand network.
• Call references and convert relationships into client meetings.
