Dexian is seeking entry-level Associate Account Managers to join a fast-growing, nationwide sales training program. You will work with senior sales teams and mentors to develop skills, network with clients and candidates, and advance into Account Manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and candidates to determine their needs.
• Shadow sales team activities and learn effective sales strategies with leadership.
• Expand client base through networking and cold calling in an assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with clients and candidates through meetings and outreach.
• Evaluate candidates against client requirements to qualify job orders.
• Negotiate wages and terms of employment with candidates and clients.
• Maintain communication with placed consultants and job seekers to grow network.
• Call references and progress relationships toward client meetings.
