Responsibilities

• Match candidates to job orders meeting client requirements.
• Maintain relationships with placed consultants throughout assignments.
• Pre-qualify IT professionals by phone using warm leads and cold calls.
• Develop staffing strategies to identify qualified candidates and clients.
• Evaluate candidates against client requirements and negotiate terms.
• Check references and perform pre-employment checks.
• Maintain a pipeline of consultants for timely responses to client needs.
• Provide accurate activity data and collaborate to create a productive environment.
