Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; graduation by July 2027.
• 0–2 years of experience in internships or customer-facing roles (retail, restaurant, hospitality, or service).
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through clear communication.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce and Oracle) and willingness to learn sales technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with retail and restaurant prospects to build early relationships and generate opportunities.
• Qualify sales opportunities, assess inbound/outbound leads, and lead discovery with BDRs and Senior AEs.
• Track and maintain pipeline and activity data in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and provide feedback on messaging to strengthen GTM efforts.
• Engage in structured training, shadowing, and ongoing development to accelerate growth.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Identify and engage with retail & restaurant prospects through calls, email, and social outreach, building early relationships that generate new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or completion of relevant sales coursework, with expected graduation by July 2027
• 0-2 years of experience, including internships or customer-facing roles (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality, or service industries)
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through clear communication
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce and Oracle preferred) and interest in learning sales technologies
