Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior Sales Developer to drive strategic growth in the high-tech and semiconductor sector. You will lead opportunities from discovery to contract, collaborating with C-level and senior technical stakeholders to shape tailored engineering solutions.

You will expand the portfolio with cross-sell opportunities, coordinate with global delivery teams, maintain a strong pipeline, and represent Capgemini Engineering at industry events.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience with global teams and offshore delivery.
  • Proven track record managing complex sales cycles.
  • Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong asset.
