Job summary

Transamerica in Denver, CO is seeking a Sales Desk Assistant to support our internal sales team and external partners. You will help with marketing materials, licensing coordination, and timely pre/post-sale activities while learning retirement solutions.

The role offers licensing support for SIE, Series 6, 63, and Life Insurance, with a path to client-facing responsibilities as you develop. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• Willing to obtain SIE, Series 7/63 within 6 months of hire.
• Resourceful and well organized.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Computer applications knowledge (Office) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external wholesalers to service and support financial partners.
• Assist in fulfillment of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Pre/Post-Sale business resolution and follow-up with wholesaling team.
• Pre-sale licensing and agent appointment approvals.
• Facilitate timely divisional/channel sales and activity reporting.
• Update Salesforce data for accuracy and functionality.
• Monitor inventory of sales materials and arrange replacements.
• Assist in creating and shipping presentations to reps.
• Provide concierge service, collecting information and completing sales applications/paperwork.
