Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of work experience.
• Mainframe experience and basic Word/Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of state contracts and licensing rules.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit agent contract files and required forms.
• Prepare state-specific licensing/appointment paperwork.
• Add agents to the database and maintain records.
• Process licensing paperwork to states timely and accurately.
