Job summary

Transamerica in Denver is hiring a Sales Desk Assistant to support our internal sales team and external partners. You’ll help with licensing processes (SIE, Series 6, 63, and Life Insurance), prepare materials, and ensure smooth pre-sale activities while learning the retirement solutions business.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • SIE, Series 6 & 63 licenses or obtained within 18 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with home office departments, Internal and External Wholesalers, Divisional Vice Presidents, Channel Heads, and Internal Relationship Managers to support Transamerica financial partners.
  • Assist with fulfillment of marketing materials, promotional items, sales supplies, and mailing campaigns.
  • Provide pre-sale and post-sale business resolution and follow-up in partnership with the wholesaling team.
  • Support pre-sale licensing, agent appointment approvals, and National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) suitability training.
  • Facilitate timely divisional and channel sales and activity reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
  • Monitor sales supply inventory and proactively coordinate timely replacement of materials.
  • Assist with creating, assembling, and shipping presentation materials, hypotheticals, and illustrations to representatives.
  • Provide concierge service by collecting required information and completing sales applications, paperwork, and order entry for approved partner firm advisors.

Job Description Summary

Compensation:

The Salary for this position is $24.00 per hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for a 6% Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
