Job summary

Western & Southern Financial Group seeks a motivated intern to support diverse projects across analytics, operations, marketing, client service, and compliance. You will gain exposure to senior management and deliver a final PowerPoint presentation at internship end.

Responsibilities include CRM data cleanup, campaign tracking, testing CRM enhancements, and learning initiatives with product training. Strong organizational and IT skills are desired.

Qualifications

• Entering senior year of bachelor's degree. (preferred)
• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, query and reporting tools such as Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports.
• Proven strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Proven ability to work independently and a self starter.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize projects.

Responsibilities

• Projects: CRM Clean-Up and data integrity tasks to support campaigns.
• Rep Assignments and Campaign Tracking for targeted groups via email, phone, and meetings.
• Testing CRM enhancements and bug checking during a week-long period.
• Channel Projects: analyzing data and updating internal spreadsheets.
• Learning Initiatives: product training and advisor profiling; shadowing internal wholesaler.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
