Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, email, or chat to handle post-sales and implementation service functions.
• Process customer requests and prepare documentation/tickets related to processing and servicing inquiries.
• Reconciling transactions and holdings of investment portfolios for timely reporting.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data sources.
• Record and report the status of daily and monthly operational delivery.
• Ensure service information is accessible by classifying and documenting work.
• Handle requests for additional company materials and training.
• Stay informed on product enhancements and industry developments.
• Support customer experience through learning CW processes and mentorship guidance.
