Closets by Design is hiring Designers / Sales Representatives with truly unlimited bonus and income potential. This role offers pre-set appointments with new and repeat clients and a commission-based compensation model designed to reward performance.

You will undergo 16 weeks of sales training and mentorship, with a direct path to advance to Senior Sales Designer. Flexible schedules and full sales support are provided to help you maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.
• Coachable candidates encouraged to apply.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete a 16-week sales training program.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role with unlimited earning and bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Begin with pre-set appointments and build rapport to identify client needs.
• Walk through clients' spaces to assess opportunities for organization solutions.
• Educate customers on product lines and services and close sales.
• Follow the company's training system to maximize bonus income and sales results.
• Meet with clients across Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties.
