Closets by Design is seeking a Sales Designer who can work from home with pre-set appointments and comprehensive training. No prior experience is required, and you will receive full sales and design training while helping clients organize their homes.

The role emphasizes coaching, a growth mindset, and reliable vehicle access; compensation ranges from $36,000 to $100,000 per year with monthly earnings potential and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No degree or formal sales experience required.
• Must be coachable and eager to complete 12-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Initiate sales routes with pre-set appointments provided by the company.
• Build rapport to understand client organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to identify opportunities for closet design solutions.
• Educate customers on Closets by Design products and services and close sales.
• Follow Sales Training and use communication skills to assist residential customers.
