Closets by Design is seeking a people-driven Designer to help clients organize their homes. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments near your area and comprehensive sales and design training, so no prior experience is required.

You will build rapport, walk through homes to assess needs, educate customers on our products, and guide the design-to-install process. The position is commission-only with a path to advancement, including a senior designer track

Qualifications

• No degree or sales experience required.
• Growth mindset and willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (lead materials provided).
• Build rapport to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities and educate customers on products and services.
• Follow training and use communication skills to assist residential customers with organization needs.
