Job summary

Closets by Design NW New Jersey is seeking a designer/sales professional to meet with homeowners, understand their organizational needs, and present custom closet solutions. No experience required—training is provided, with pre-set appointments and company support to help you succeed.

Earn through a commission-based compensation plan, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement. Must reside in NJ and have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to travel to client

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; training provided.
• Must reside in NJ within 30–40 miles of posting.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
• Present design solutions and educate customers on products and services.
• Follow our sales training and use consultative sales techniques to close deals.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead to sale with pre-set appointments.

As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers. We provide pre-set appointments and complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month

• Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
• Outside sales experience.

Required:

• Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• Must reside in NJ, within a 30–40-mile radius of where job posting is advertised

A Day In The Life:

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

Pay Type: Commission Only

Reasonably Expected Compensation Range:

$36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Approximately $3,000 - $8,333 per Month)
