Closets by Design C New Jersey is seeking designers/sales representatives who are people-oriented and creative, helping clients organize their homes.

You will travel to local appointments, meet prospective and current customers, and present design solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role offers training, strong marketing support, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills
• Outside sales experience

Responsabilités

Are you a “people person?” Are you creative, with good communication skills and like helping people? Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives.

You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy a flexible schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers.

We are looking for people who have:

• No Cold Calling; pre-set appointments

Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month

• Must reside in NJ, within a ~30 mile radius of where job posting is advertised
