Position Overview

Ulrich is hiring a Sales Design Consultant for our Design Center.

Customers come to us looking to design and purchase sheds, workshops, man caves, and other backyard structures. We partner garage inquiries with our Garage Division for specialized support.

You will respond to inquiries from phone, website, and social media, greet walk-in customers, and qualify leads before connecting them with our Designers to complete the project.

Ulrich generates customer interest through online marketing, social media, and showroom traffic - this role primarily works with inbound leads rather than cold calling.

Expected Earnings

$60,000 – $130,000+ per year

This is a 100% commission-based position following the training period , with uncapped earning potential.

Typical earnings range from $60,000–$70,000 annually , while strong performers commonly earn $110,000–$130,000+ based on sales performance.

During the initial training period, you will receive a training wage while learning Ulrich’s products, sales process, design tools, and customer experience standards.

There is no cap on commissions or earning potential.

Work Location & Schedule

Location: Chesterfield , VA (in-person role)

This position works a 5-day schedule each week , including one Saturday .

• Store hours are Monday – Saturday: 9AM-6PM
• Team members work scheduled shifts within these hours
• Sunday is always off
• One additional weekday off is provided each week

Schedules are structured so team members share coverage during operating hours.
