Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring a Sales Designer to help people organize their homes. You will work with pre-set appointments, receive complete sales and design training, and have the option to work from home with a flexible schedule.

No prior sales experience is required, and you can grow within the company with a direct track to senior roles and pay/bonus increases.

Qualifications

• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities and expand the sale.
• Educate customers on our products and services to meet their home organization goals.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
