Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives in Florida, offering flexible, hybrid remote work near your home. You’ll receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary, and you’ll start with pre-set appointments.

As you help clients organize their spaces, you’ll build rapport, educate customers on products, and follow our training to close sales.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
