Closets by Design in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Sales Designer who enjoys helping people organize their homes. This role offers the flexibility to work from home with pre-set appointments and complete training, no prior sales experience required.

You will build rapport with clients, assess their storage needs during home visits, educate them on our products, and follow our sales process with ongoing mentorship and a clear path to advancement.

Competenze

• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.

Mansioni

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
