Tuff Shed is seeking a Selling Center Design Specialist to drive sales and provide expert design consultation at a dedicated Home Depot store. You will manage customer leads, collaborate with store teams, and maintain energetic displays while delivering outstanding service.

Earn an hourly wage plus commissions with potential earnings between $45,000 and $60,000 per year. The role includes comprehensive training and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to learn and use new software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site at the assigned Home Depot store, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Manage sales pipeline, generate and track new leads, and report on progress.
• Provide design consultation to clients and drive sales at the Home Depot store.
• Leverage store staff and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
• Plan, coordinate, and attend weekend events at the Home Depot store.
• Update customer interactions in the CRM and define next steps.
• Train Home Depot associates on our products and build strong relationships with store leadership.
• Maintain display sheds for presentation and cleanliness.
