As a Sales and Design Specialist, you will receive a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions on shipped items. You will also be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, holidays, parental leave, 401(k) with 4% match, up to $150/month commuter benefit, employee discounts, and more.

As a HermanMiller Sales and Design Specialist, you will provide guidance and education through a demonstration journey, with the primary goal of guiding clients to products that support their wellness journey. With over 100 years as an industry leader in office furnishings and iconic home products, our Service Mission is to find the right fit and function for each client.
Our Sales and Design Specialists are responsible for being authorities on our HermanMiller products, ergonomics, features, and benefits, through regular training and self-guided study. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver the HermanMiller Client Experience.

The starting salary range for this role is $19.90 - $24.90, based on qualifications, experience, organizational needs, and market factors. Additional compensation may include geographic premiums, annual discretionary incentives, and equity awards, subject to program rules. Our benefits include medical, prescription, dental, vision, HSA, DCS, life insurance, disability, paid time off, holidays, 401(k), and more. This organization participates in E-Verify.
