What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for passionately driven individuals who are eager to excel and ready to grow with us.

• Experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement is a plus, but not required!
• A construction background (bonus points!)
• Comfortable entering crawlspaces beneath homes
• Demonstrate a growth mindset- being open and receptive to coaching and role play
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
• Physical ability to walk, climb, kneel, and crawl
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Tech-savviness (we’ll train you on the tools you need!)
