Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive retail sales of sheds, garages, and custom buildings. You will build relationships with residential and commercial customers and guide them from needs assessment through installation.

This paid training period includes a base hourly rate plus commission. First-year earnings target of $50,000 to $70,000, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Confidence, motivation and passion for building relationships.
• An eye for design and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to listen to customers and address their needs.
• Proven computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate products, close sales and perform site checks.
• Cultivate new sales leads from company advertising and marketing.
• Be the customer contact from sale to installation.
• Assist with permits and liaise with local HOAs when required.
• Develop product knowledge to convey the Tuff Shed advantage.
