Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is hiring a motivated Sales Design Consultant to drive retail sales of sheds, garages, and custom buildings. You will build relationships with residential and commercial customers, identify needs, demonstrate features, and move the sale from inquiry to installation.

As part of the role you will lead lead generation through company advertising, coordinate permits, and work with HOAs. The position includes paid training, an hourly base plus commission, and benefits for full-time

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate products, close sales.
• Cultivate new sales leads from ads and marketing.
• Serve as the primary contact from sale to installation.
• Coordinate permits and liaise with HOAs as required.
