Job summary

Tuff Shed is recruiting a motivated sales professional to drive retail sales of sheds, garages and custom buildings to residential and commercial customers. You will build relationships, identify needs, demonstrate features, close sales, and liaise with customers from sale to installation.

We offer paid training and an hourly base plus commission. First year earnings could be $55,000 - $75,000. A valid driver’s license is required. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Confident, motivated and able to build relationships with customers
• Good listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs
• Strong product and feature demonstration ability
• Proven computer skills and aptitude to learn new software

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product features, close the sale and perform site checks as required
• Cultivate new sales leads driven by advertising and marketing
• Serve as the customer point of contact from sale to installation
• Assist customers with pulling permits and liaise with HOAs where required
• Develop product knowledge to convey the Tuff Shed advantage
