Tuff Shed is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive retail sales of sheds, garages, and custom buildings to residential and commercial customers. You will build relationships, demonstrate products, close sales, and guide customers from sale to installation.

The role offers hourly base pay plus commission, with a paid training period and strong growth potential. First-year earnings could reach $55,000 to $75,000 depending on performance.

Formación

• Confidence, motivation and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Good listening and communication to identify needs and propose solutions.
• Aptitude to learn software and use basic computer tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate features, close sale and perform site checks.
• Cultivate new sales leads from advertising and marketing.
• Serve as the point of contact from sale to installation.
• Assist with permits and liaise with local HOAs as required.
• Develop product knowledge to convey the Tuff Shed advantage.
