Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Design Consultant to drive retail sales of sheds, garages, and custom buildings for residential and commercial customers.

You will work directly with clients, helping them identify needs and select solutions while managing the customer relationship from sale through installation. The role offers an hourly base plus commission, paid training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or field sales with strong customer focus.
• Ability to identify customer needs and present solutions.
• Comfort with learning new software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs and demonstrate products.
• Cultivate new sales leads from advertising and marketing.
• Serve as the customer contact from sale to installation.
• Assist with permits and liaise with HOAs when required.
• Develop product knowledge to communicate the Tuff Shed advantage.
