Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking Designers / Sales Representatives in Florida to help clients organize and transform spaces with no ceiling on income. You’ll work with pre-set appointments, receive comprehensive design training, and benefit from uncapped commissions and unlimited bonus potential.

You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule, travel within Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties, and paid training to maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.
• Coachable candidates encouraged to apply.
• Growth mindset and willingness to complete a 16-week sales training program.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role with unlimited earning and bonus potential.
