Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring Designers / Sales Representatives with truly unlimited bonus and income potential. This commission-based role offers uncapped commissions and unlimited bonus opportunities built into your success.

You’ll meet clients in Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties with pre-set appointments, and receive paid sales training to maximize your earning potential. Flexible schedule and room to grow into Senior Sales Designer available.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.
• Coachable candidates encouraged to apply
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete a 16-week sales training program
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role with unlimited earning and bonus potential
