Closets by Design is hiring Designers / Sales Representatives to help clients organize spaces across Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties. Earn uncapped commissions with unlimited bonus opportunities in a flexible schedule.

We provide paid sales training and pre-set appointments. No degree or prior sales experience is required, and growth to senior roles is possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.
• Coachable candidates encouraged to apply.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete a 16-week sales training program.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
