Job summary

Closets by Design of the Palm Beaches & the Treasure Coast is hiring Designers / Sales Representatives with truly unlimited bonus and income potential. This commission-based role has uncapped commissions and no income cap, with paid sales training to help you maximize earnings.

You will meet with clients in Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties, providing design and sales expertise, pre-set appointments, and ongoing mentorship to maximize bonus potential.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.
• Coachable candidates encouraged to apply.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete a 16-week sales training program.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role with unlimited earning and bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Begin your sales route with pre-set appointments (all leads and marketing materials provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities and educate customers on products and services.
• Follow our proven Sales Training system to help customers while growing your unlimited bonus income.
• Meet with clients in Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties to close sales.
