Job summary

Closets by Design is looking for designers/sales representatives to work from home and meet clients in their homes at pre-set appointments near their residence.

Training is provided, no prior experience required, and there is a direct track to senior designer with pay/bonus increases. This is a hybrid remote role with flexible scheduling and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
• Coachable candidates will succeed in paid sales training.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs, style preferences, and storage challenges.
• Design custom closets and organizational solutions.
• Present design concepts, layouts, finish options, and pricing clearly.
• Prepare accurate measurements, quotes, and proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.

As a Closets by Design Designer, you can help others organize their home. You will enjoy the flexibility of working from home and also meet with customers at their homes, at pre-set appointments close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.
