Job summary

Triple-S in Puerto Rico seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the Commercial team by managing and standardizing sales activity data, coordinating proposals, and delivering timely reports. The role acts as the central point for the proposals mailbox and ensures accurate records of sales activity.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong Excel skills and a customer-service mindset, collaborating with Sales Executives to drive insights and ensure timely responses to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or Business Administration.
• Experience with data entry, reporting, and Excel-based dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, quotes, sales and retention results.
• Manage data entry for all prospects and existing clients, including group information and contracts.
• Prepare and deliver key reports to executive leadership, including monthly and ad-hoc reports.
