We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. In this support role, you will work closely with outside and inside sales representatives to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, and efficient order processing for our plumbing customers (including contractors, plumbers, and builders). This customer service role supports both our customers and to our branches.

Key Responsibilities

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or sales support role (experience in wholesale distribution, plumbing/HVAC, construction supply, or related industries is a strong plus).


• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP systems (e.g., inventory/sales software) is advantageous.


• Excellent communication skills — professional phone etiquette, clear written correspondence, and ability to interact effectively with contractors and team members.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic knowledge of plumbing products, terminology, or construction industry preferred but not required — we provide training!


• Reliable, team-player attitude with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
