Fralock, based in Valencia, CA with operations in Poway, is seeking a Sales and Customer Support Representative II to quote, enter orders, report, and support customers. The role involves CRM usage, collaboration across departments, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP/MRP and CRM systems; onsite work in Poway, CA with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–4 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with quoting, order entry, and CRM systems is beneficial.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned customer accounts and projects, including inbound communications and CRM data.
• Perform quotation and order management activities and respond to quotes promptly.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Production, and outside sales for contract execution.
• Lead and support customer communications, presenting delivery schedules and updates.
• Track and report customer and sales metrics, including on-time delivery and backlog.
• Protect ITAR-controlled and proprietary information per company standards.
